Dodgers 7 Nats 3 Stasburg goes 5 scores a run

On a wet night in the Nations Capital the D odgers outlasted the Nationals finally winning with 2 runs in both the 8th and 9th inning to make a winner out of  Kenley Jansen (2-1) and a loser out of Henry Rodriguez (3-3) The 21 year old Strasburg looked strong as he was on a pitch cout of 60 but threw 56
He threw a total of 5 Innings he allowed 2 hits and struck out 4 I doubt wer can really say Strasburg is back only 360 days removed from Tommy John procedures.The Dodgers are treading water 69-72 long out of the race in the NL West. A shiningstar  is  Dee Gordon a five tool player in the mold of Tommy Davis as it relates to speed . I would have Dodger fans keep an  eye on him in the future. 1st year Manager Don Mattingly has done a good job with the team this year. Clayton Kershaw will get some votes @17-5 this year as will Matt Kemp for MVP.
