The current olympic Ice champion should really be enjoying her youth rather than going through the very adult reality of suing her lawyer for about 740,000USD for withholding endorsement money from her when she was with IB sports. The charming , attractive and marketable 20 year old has the nation of South Korea almost in the palm of her hand with endorsements and contracts worth 7 million dollars in 2010. The issue that stuns me is IB wants and is claiming that the should have a financial stake in renegotiated contracts after she has left IB for AT. She has the right to sign with any representative she wants. She needs to give No money for renotiated contracts to IB period end of story. The tragic thing is like all sports figures in any culture her fame and wealth may fade quicker than she or her nation think. A thought from the Judeo-Christian scriptures says what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfiet his or her soul. In a culture obsessed with performance and winning at all costs I must wonder what private anguish she may be going through. She must know she was taken advantage of by her media spin handlers. The queen will be performing in Moscow from April 24th to May 1st in a relocation effort from Tokyo.
I for one will be watching and praying that South korea,s Queen Yuna will not lose her crown because greedy adults took advantage of her. If you wish to respond to this colum or anything about what I have said
