Well, It does appear that the Laker front office decieded to reformat the Los Angeles Laker brand from Showtime to slowtime. Mike Brown former Cleveland coach and ESPN analyst was hired to bring defense to the Lakers. If I was a  fan of the Lakerswhicth I am not. I may have sent a letter to all Season ticket holders advising them that thr series of playoff runs are now over. Although I have heard from a few Laker fans who still believe the Laker offense will still be effective with 1. A declining superstar Kobe Bryant, an  old and slow team that cannot defend the perimeter with the likes of Derek rotten Fish Fisher needing  medicare eligibility starting next year. Pau Gasol needing to be traded sooner rather than later and the Lakers needing to retool the team to be defensive mided and score some where under 100PTS per night. Laker fans better pull there heads from where the sun does not shine and understand  that Mike Brown and his 272-138 record  were forged with Lebron James in Cleveland. Laker fans might want to be reminded that the Heat are in the Finals starting Tuesday in Miami. I think Mike Brown might be trending on some social network now but he is a coaching retread that LA should never have been hired. The fans of the Lakers are going to be treated to an unimaginitive half court offense who by his own pedigree would rather play defense.
The Lakers will be making playoff runs to the first round and out and qualifying in the #7 or #8 seed yearly. Laker fans will only have old DVD,s to watch of Championships of yesteryear  Like the UPS add says What can Brown do for you ?  Return the Lakers to mediocrity and Zero Championships in the next 5 years
